WARRANTY: Unless otherwise noted, standard warranties are new parts 90 days, used parts 30 days, new computers 1-year, refurbished computers 30 days, and 30 days on labor. Extended warranties are available.

RETURNS: Item return is by approval and must be due to defective reasons. Items must be returned in resalable condition complete with cables, connectors, boxing, packing, and manuals.

REFUNDS: Will be made using the same payment method and is subject to a 15 day wait period for checks. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of sale. Refunds on software will be made only if the software packaging is unopened. Defective software media will be for exchange of an identical software product.

CHANNEL: As of now, PARKERTECHGROUP sells hardware and software directly to customers. We do not currently sell via an e-commerce site. We do not ship products to any address.
