Currently, we do not provide support for non-business customers. We do offer an affordable annual support agreement that may suit some customer needs. We focus on our business customers primarily - especially those with a support agreement.

We do not encourage customers to bring in equipment for repair. Although we would like to help everyone with their computer issues, we are so focused on our business customers that you would be better served to go somewhere where intake work is accepted.

We accept and prefer all major credit cards for payment in almost all cases. For our IT Support customers, we will accept checks.

We absolutely do not charge for any of our quotes for any services, equipment, software, or labor. To get a quote, simply connect with us, tell us what you need, and we will do the rest. Sometimes it is an emailed quote, sometimes it is a call or visit to go over specifics for larger quotes.

Our desktop computers come with a minimum 3-year, next business day after PTG diagnostic, hardware warranty. Unless you have a complete coverage plan, things like spills, surges, compression damage to screens, and drops are not covered in the hardware plan. Our laptop computers come with a minimum 1-year, next business day after PTG diagnostic, hardware warranty. Unless you have a complete coverage plan, things like spills, surges, compression damage to screens, and drops are not covered in the hardware plan. Our parts, such as firewalls, power supplies, or SSD drives, come with a 30-day warranty, unless the item has been damaged by a drop, etc. Our labor is warrantied for 30-days. This does not apply to contractual IT services, since all labor is warrantied as long as you have an agreement with us.

We do have several technicians, and we cover a 7-county area in North Carolina to include Cumberland, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Sampson, Wake, and Wayne.
